Role Details:

�Managing the junior chefs in the kitchen

�Menu writing for formal halls and conferencing

�Stock rotation and management

�Team development

�Ensuring health and hygiene regulations are adhered to

�37 hours�per week, fair rota schedule

�Constant training and guidance to further career with the company, including courses and workshops
