This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in Michelin Star and Rosette restaurants and can work to a very high standard, with lots of ideas and with excellent knowledge. You will be an experienced Head or Sous Chef who will be our Senior Sous Chef, working under the Head Chef who has many accolades. This is a new opening and so you will be a Senor Sous Chef who is flexible and ready for all the challenges that openings bring. You will be an expert with food and flavours and as Senior Sous Chef, will help to create the menus.
As Senior Sous Chef you will help to mentor and develop the team, while inspiring from the front. You will support in achieving financial targets including sales, budgets and making sure stock takes, portion control and wastage are all controlled. All food safety and health and safety in the kitchen must be compliant and as Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for this.
