As Senior Sous Chef you would work alongside a well known Head Chef and be hands-on management role providing support and training to the junior members of the team. This is a new opening and the clientele are all VIPs and so you with be a Senior Sous Chef with the highest professional standards who can help to lead the team.
As Senior Sous Chef you would be cooking with the best ingredients and equipment in a brand new state of the art kitchen and having creative input into menu ensuring quality and variety. You will adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards as required and maintain a high level of kitchen cleanliness.
You will be a Senior Sous Chef who has a real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food, with proven experience in a similar background, private members clubs, rosetted or Michelin background - this is essential. You will work alongside the Head Chef to create and develop menus, including costing and stock control.
