Senior Sourcing Manager

Reporting into the Head of Sourcing, the role of Senior Sourcing Manager is to execute sourcing strategies for the organisation as well as ensure souring is a value add activity by creating and executing effective and strategic souring plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring KPIs are achieved and that SLAs are adhered to.

The main duties of the role include:

• Work in accordance with the direction of the Head of Sourcing to ensure that sourcing is a value-adding activity.
• Responsible for acting as professional lead for sourcing activities
• Develop and deliver individual sourcing plans and sourcing strategies where delegated by the Head of Sourcing to best address the challenges set out by Category Management, delivering excellent customer service, best value for money and compliance
• Responsible for the effective handover of sourcing projects to the relevant teams
• Proactively work to achieve Service Level Agreement KPIs
• Working alongside the Head of Sourcing input into procurement project delivery, informing on potential sourcing approaches, ensuring that the project reflects appropriate potential sourcing approaches

• Responsible for providing and receiving highly complex information when dealing with a range of issues from both internal and external stakeholders

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a background in public sector procurement as well as experience in delivering sourcing strategies. You will need to be able to work in a busy and demanding environment and have excellent negotiation and communication skills.

This role is being offered on a hybrid basis, wit the expectation to be in the London office once to twice a month. Salary is circa �56,000 to �62,000.
