Job Description
The Senior Solutions Engineer, Demand Side Integrations at PubMatic drives the success of DSP launches and platform integrations. The Solutions Engineer is deployed for strategic DSPs launches to ensure that the implementation of platform products is successfully completed on-schedule and leads the tracking of technical escalations after launch. This position is critical to the growth of our strategic partnerships with DSPs, as well as the ongoing evolution of our product suite.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with the DSPs Development team by designing and executing implementation plans for customers
Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams to coordinate resources
Supporting Account Management teams to drive opportunities to optimise the customer relationship
Actively respond to high-level escalations for Demand side clients relating to integration issues, discrepancies and any other technical issues
Participate in and contribute to on-site quarterly business reviews with clients to review technical issues and product support opportunities
Influence Product roadmap functionality based on market-driven requirements
Directly interact with the Operations, Product Management, and core development teams
Funnel some of the problems from the support to the engineering group if required
Understand how Engineering solve problems, and solve the next time similar issue are registered
Be proactive, respond positively to challenges and pressure.
Have confidence to handle issues and work with stakeholders across a range of functions

We are looking for a leader with the ability to motivate people in the process of getting things done. Demonstrated team-building experience and an active network are preferred.
Be a detail oriented fast learner with logical reasoning ability, problem solving and analytical mindset, as well as good written and spoken English
Qualifications:
5 years of recent work experience in the digital display advertising industry, with additional experience with mobile & video advertising also preferred
Experience in core web technologies including HTML5 or JavaScript.
Ability to troubleshoot ad serving issues (html, JavaScript, CSS)
In depth knowledge of the OpenRTB specifications, REST APIs, GDPR.
Experience in Campaign Management in any of the Demand Side Platforms
Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Tableau, Datastudio or related data analytical tools. Strong data analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot from a data driven perspective
1 to 5 years of experience Database tools and moderate knowledge of web-based applications, Web server / Ad server / Mozilla Firefox and how to work on different web-based browsers
Must have a Bachelor's and/ or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to a C-level audience
