Sr. Technical Business Analyst /
Solutions Architect ( with Low-Code experience) to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven ability to execute and deliver outcomes effectively.

Responsibilities:
Implementation Consulting
Understanding the needs and working practices of the business
Having a delivery focus and commercial awareness to ensure delivery adheres to plan and estimates are met;
Working through the
entire implementation lifecycle ; from initial requirements workshops, through configuration and one to training;
Configure “ work types ” through the application and mentor clients as to how they do this themselves;
Configure forms, workflows and document templates in a low code environment;
Support sales through product demonstrations and the creation of prototypes
Product Management
Feeding your unique knowledge of customer requirements into the product roadmap and designing core product where appropriate.
Change Manager
Ensuring the successful adoption of
ShareDo
across our clients through comprehensive training, mentoring, and and advocacy.
Qualifications:
Someone who is passionate about
business change
through technology and the possibilities that a case management
can bring to business
Have a
strong technica l acumen who understands
system and data architectures
Have a proven track record in
designing and delivering innovative solutions
Be pragmatic by nature; you understand the need to deliver to time and budget is paramount
Comfortable in a
flexible & hybrid
working environment
Experience in software implementation, ideally
case or matter management applications , and similar experiences across industries such as
real estate
(preferably), legal, insurance, regulatory, or BPO is all good!
