Job Description:
Birlasoft (UK) Limited is looking to extend the Rest of the World, (RoW) team capabilities with the addition of three new solution architects. Our clients extend across Europe, we are looking for senior solution architects to support growth in UK, Dach and Switzerland based growth. Candidates will be selected in region, travel between regions will also be a requirement of the job function. This senior role will have a solution building emphasis, the successful candidate must be able to orchestrate domain-level capabilities within the context of wider transformational solutions. Clients will include: BFSI, Manufacturing, Life-Science & Healthcare, Public sector, and utilities.
Experience: -
Development Experience At least (8-10 years) of firsthand experience in IT solution architecture, infrastructure, cloud platform, and software architecture design.
Industry Knowledge
: experience or understanding of the specific industries the candidate has worked within, such as banking, retail, or healthcare, will be highly beneficial.
Project Management
: Familiarity with agile project management practices and experience in leading complex projects from conception to implementation.
Technical Skills
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in designing and deploying solutions on major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Software Development:
In-depth knowledge of coding languages and DevOps practices.
Security and Compliance
: A good understanding of system and data security, compliance standards like HIPAA, and IT industry regulations.
Educational Background
- Degree: A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant coursework should include subjects like cloud computing, software development, data-science, and programming.
Certifications:
Up to date, Industry-recognized certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) certification. Professional
