Responsibilities include:Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for all things Customer and Property Management including CRM, Marketing, Bookings/Inventory, Check-in, Check-outValidate and assure the technical suitability of solutions proposed by Implementation PartnersAs a key member of our Architecture team, you will ensure all solution proposals align with our technology strategy, architecture principles and standards, working closely with projects and enterprise architecture to assure these solutions through technical design authorityBe the Technical lead during any software evaluations and RFI / RFP, facilitating technical requirements capture, scoring, workshops, questions, and answers etcEnsure that all technology solutions meet security and regulatory compliance requirements, implementing security measures to protect our data and systemsCollaborate with technology teams, business functions, and external suppliers to implement solutions that meet business needs and align with architectural principlesSkills/experience required:Proven track record working as a Solution Architect is essentialMust have background working with CRM systems e.g. Salesforce, MS DynamicsDemonstrable experience working on the integration of CRM systems and knowledge of various integration patternsIdeally experience working with hospitality / property management / facilities management systemExpertise in business architecture capability modelling and process improvementCertifications in enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) are highly desirablePlease submit your CV for initial consideration.
