Senior Software Engineer

Our client is a multi-award-winning Global SaaS company who provide digital solutions to the education sector worldwide. To give you an idea of scale, they help over 13m and have working relationships within 25,000 schools in over 200 countries!
Off the back of investment of over £100m and a new VP of engineering being hired, they’re looking for experienced and highly driven Senior Software Engineers with ReactJS, Node & AWS skills to join an evolving agile team and help deliver on their goals.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) | Remote First – Sheffield – Must be UK Based

What you’ll be doing:
Build innovative web apps from scratch: You'll have the freedom to design and code new edtech tools alongside your team.
Work on exciting projects and edtech products

Technical skills needed:
React Fundamentals and Mastery of Modern Features
Versatility in Coding Styles and Libraries (including experience with Full-Stack ReactJS, Redux, HTML/CSS/Javascript and Node.js)
Experience with Typical VCS/testing/deployment processes and software (GIT)
Experience with TypeScript (beneficial)
Microservices
Docker
Kubernetes AWS
TDD
