Job DescriptionSenior Software Engineer - .NET & Umbraco - Circa £55KOffice Location: Manchester (Open to Remote talent UK)My client is a global dynamic and innovative technology company at the forefront of their industry. Their undergoing a massive roll out of 15+ projects for their global well known UK commitment to excellence has driven their rapid growth, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to make a huge impact on their engineering teams across the UK and Europe!The ideal candidate will need a strong engineering pedigree, great delivery track record, stakeholder management and significant experience delivering digital product experiences. This role is also a key member of the Senior Team and will work with the Head of Backend to ensure we achieve maximum impact with restructuring the engineering function.Key Skills: .NET Frameworks and .NET CoreExtensive experience in backend developmentC# : Advanced skill level in C# for crafting customised functionalities and system integrations.Umbraco CMS: Deep familiarity with Umbraco’s capabilities including managing content effectively, and security.API Development and Integration: Build APIs for external and internal use to expand the functionalities of websites.Feature Implementation: Construct and integrate customised features within the Umbraco platform to fulfil client needs.Requirements:Comfortable managing numerous engineering teams rolling out projects successfullyCode Quality Management: Oversee code quality through thorough reviews and adherence to industry best practicesTechnical Coaching: Mentor junior developers, providing them with guidance on best practices and development techniquesTesting and Deployment: Skills in implementing CI/CD pipelines and using testing frameworks to ensure application reliability.Experienced in building a strong engineering culture through customer obsession and striving for agility, autonomy, quality, and securityPassionate about innovation and exploring new technologies to drive business performanceHave a genuine interest in growing with the businessPlease if any interest apply below!
