As part of a cross-functional scrum team, you will work as part of a small cohesive team that takes features from idea to release. While our team members each have their expertise, all team members are expected to take part in all areas of software development, from design, planning, implementation, testing through to release activities.
Our scrum teams have a high level of autonomy, working as a close collaborative unit to solve challenges and be successful together. To make this work, our team members need to have good communication & problem solving skills, be accountable, focus on what is important, treat each other with respect, have courage to take risks, be pragmatic and open to challenges.
What skills you'll need?
Required experience:
Working in a team as well as independently
Full Software development lifecycle
Experienced as a C# Developer with .Net 6, ASP.Net
Experienced in SQL and Relational Databases or Document-oriented Databases
Software design best practices (e.g. SOLID Principals, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture, CQRS)
Knowledge of coding best practices, performance, security, and scalability
TypeScript, HTML, & CSS
Test automation, such as unit testing, integration testing
DevOps best practices
Strong oral and written communication skills
Developing containerized software using Docker and Kubernetes
Dedication and drive to see projects through to a timely completion
Proven ability and desire to innovate
Desirable:
Experience with the Azure DevOps platform
Architectural Patterns such as Event Driven Architecture, SOA, and Domain Driven Design
Client-side framework experience in Angular
Experience with Build & Release pipelines preferably with YAML
Experience with Infrastructure as Code - especially Terraform
