Essential Skills & Experience

• The design, development, and review of software (from the initial idea to the finished result) for a variety of systems, ranging from tiny embedded systems with a single processor to large multi-processor networked systems.


• Create multidisciplinary solutions with the help of systems and hardware engineers, including the definition of software-hardware and software-firmware interfaces.


• Carry out design tasks for both the equipment and the system levels.


• Complying with technical specifications throughout all design, integration, and acceptance phases.


• Technical oversight of a portfolio of projects by serving as independent reviewer or Design Authority as necessary.


• Carry out the responsibilities of the Software Lead when further assistance may be needed for projects, proposals, and product development activities.


• Determine whether the engineering design solutions are appropriate.Liaise and co-operate with the Project Managers and Design Authorities to resolve technical, project or resource problems and conflicts.


• Offering software mentoring to all project participants.


• Assisting with the company's internal product research and development while enhancing engineering quality, effectiveness, and cost.


• Attending pertinent Design Review Meetings and taking part in project reviews and support presentations.


• Assistance with business development team support, ability to manage sensitive information while working, and production of technical proposals as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive expertise in every facet of software design and development.


• Graduate-level training in a related engineering field.


• Knowledge of high-level programming languages, such as C++, Java, Linux, and


• The capacity to communicate difficult concepts to stakeholders on both the internal and exterior levels of the customer community.


• The capacity to collaborate across many sites both alone and as part of a team.


• Willingness to participate in joint projects with other businesses, including brief detachment periods where necessary.
