To do this, we need ambitious, skilful people who want to build something amazing.The RoleAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: Lead a team of engineers and oversee project development from conception to deployment.Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using C#, Angular, and other relevant technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development process. Manage the overall project timeline, resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, both independently and in collaboration with the team. Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, and actively share knowledge and insights with the team. Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.ResponsbilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Senior Developer/ Engineer, leading projects and teams in a fast-paced software development environment.Strong proficiency in C# and Angular, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.Extensive experience in developing web applications using frameworks like ASP.NET, Angular, or similar technologies.Solid knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure, with experience in deploying and maintaining applications in AWS.Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in writing optimised SQL queries.Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and version control systems (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Expert knowledge and application of common software engineering design patternsEffective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence others positively.Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.A strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Nice to havesAWS certifications, demonstrating expertise in specific AWS services.Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js). Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.Experience with ElasticSearch & NESTExperience with Machine Learning, especially NLP / NERExposure to Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.What we can offer youThe culture:A family one.
