Help to grow the mobile engineering practice within Parallax, driving the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Uphold and advance our documentation, processes, quality levels, and standards.
Conduct code reviews and champion test-driven development to maintain high-quality software delivery.
Work with the team to share knowledge and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Your technical skills are matched by your ability to inspire and lead, ensuring that our engineering practices propel Parallax forward.Skills & Experience
Expertise in Mobile Development with a strong proficiency in React Native and mobile app deployment practices.
A good grasp of building and working with CI/CD pipelines is essential.
A solid understanding of full-stack JavaScript development, including CSS frameworks like Tailwind and backend technologies (Node.js, Nextjs or similar).
A strong emphasis on architecting scalable end-to-end solutions and adeptly identifying potential issues and pitfalls from the outset.
A clear passion for working with stakeholders and product owners to iteratively deliver lean and viable features.
Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate a team to deliver collaboratively.
Nice to haves: (don't worry if you don't have any of the following experiences, we'd still like to hear from you)
Experience with AI integration, particularly LLMs like GPT-4
IoT device integration
Experience with Zustand, integrating webhooks, subscriptions and bespoke payment providers.
Familiarity with integrating native solutions including Apple Health, Google Fit and similar informatics.
