What does this role involve?
You will be joining an existing team of Delphi Software Engineers, working in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll be working on CRM applications, development and supporting existing applications.
As a Senior you will be working on developing new and enhancing existing features, be involved in design, peer reviews, mentorships and will contribute to all aspects of our development team.
You will help support our offshore contract engineers and be in regular contact with internal and external stakeholders.

Your extensive software engineering experience alongside your strong Delphi skills, will allow you to swiftly become a productive member of the team.
Your ability to effectively communicate with both colleagues and stakeholders will ensure you make swift impact within the department.
Your drive for self-improvement, both technically and in your career, will provide the focus for future growth.
And the technical environment you love to work in?
This will include Delphi, Oracle, SQL, Agile/Scrum, Git code management, C# and cloud-based technologies.
This role will involve on-call working.
To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
