We are partnered with a local authority in the East of England who are currently looking to grow their Family Support Team. You will be joining a well-established team where you will feel welcomed from day one and have a clear support structure. As a senior practitioner you will be involved in complex cases and offer your support and expertise to newer qualified social workers spreading your knowledge and understanding throughout the team.
This senior practitioner role is ideal for those who are looking to take advantage of a manageable caseload allowing you more time on each case to provide service users the best quality service. You will also benefit from flexible working hours to give you a helping hand in finding the perfect work/life balance.
