Senior Social Worker: MASH

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Senior Social Worker (Decision Maker) in the MASH Team to work full time based in Northampton.The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is up to £41,949 per annum.Main duties:
The MASH service brings together professionals from a range of services that have contact with children, young people and families, making the best possible use of their combined knowledge to keep children and young people safe from harmThe experienced team ensure children get the right service at the right time through an integrated approach from early help and social care MASH. Signs of safety strengths-based approaches, led by decision makers, supports excellent social work practice and is further supported by our Signs of Safety Champions and business supportYou will be part of a MASH Pod of three decision makers (senior social workers), and four MASH officersYou will provide high quality case work decisions and operational supervision for referral information, making informed decisions in respect of safety of children within 24 hours of the referralYou will work collaboratively with our MASH partners and the child's voice will be evident through your workCommitted to driving improved services forward, and deliver positive outcomes for our children, young people and families in collaboration with external partners
Requirements of this Team Manager job:
A social Work Qualification or equivalentUnderstanding of relevant legislationContinual professional developmentSocial Work England registered
