Senior Social Strategist

We're on the lookout for a Senior Social Strategist to join our team, focusing on EE and other Boomerang clients. As our first strategist, you'll be the trailblazer shaping the direction and success of our social content. Collaborating closely with another strategist and strategy lead from Saatchi & Saatchi and our ECD, you'll play a vital role in shaping our social strategy, ensuring our content deeply resonates with target audiences across diverse social platforms. As a Senior Social Strategist, you'll be:Responsible for developing strategic social plansLeading social strategy projectsCollaborating with ATL strategists and social creative teamsEnsuring culturally insightful and highly relevant work across integrated ATL campaign briefs, social-first activations, social production, short-term content, creator-led, and reactive always-on initiatives.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in strategic planning within a social-first agency.Proven track record of leading strategy projects, including pitches and brand planning, across multiple platforms.Exceptional aptitude for brief writing and seamless collaboration with creative teams.Strong analytical skills, adept at competitive analysis and trend reporting.Proficiency in researching cultural trends and customer experience mapping, coupled with excellence in workshop development.
