About the role
Were looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to join the EPAM content studio. We are a team of strategists, creatives, producers and social media managers who work closely with clients to concept, create and distribute digital content.
Youll be working with our team and the client to shape the long term strategy, direction and development for client social accounts, while overseeing the planning and execution of ongoing projects through the media team.
Youll need to be experienced enough to make confident, data driven decisions independently on a daily basis; and comfortable with managing people and budgets. This is a hybrid role with weekly visits to EPAM office or client site to strategise collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies and content calendars for clients projects, to align with business goals
Liaise with clients to shape long-term strategy for their social accounts, including key messaging, target audiences and potential partnerships
Create and manage advertisement campaigns on social media channels (Meta, Linkedin, TikTok)
Research and analyse audience preferences and discover current and future trends
Measure inbound web traffic, analyse results, and provide recommendations for increasing referrals from social channels
Manage budgets, ensuring the efficient use of resources, avoiding overspend and ensuring value for money
Provide regular reports and updates to clients, detailing progress, results and future plans
Oversee a media team on projects, managing workload distribution and professional development
Requirements
A minimum of 3+ years of experience managing social media channels
Strong working knowledge of social media trends, strategies, and techniques
Experience working with Meta Ads Manager and advanced knowledge of social media tools, including social media advertising
Strong analytical abilities and able to make data-driven decisions
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a team effectively
