An Award Winning Housing Developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a new project in the Peterborough area. The successful candidate will be offered up to £75,000 + package and will have the opportunity to progress to Contracts Manager within 12 months.

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within budget and schedule
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site
• Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with building regulations
• Manage site staff, including training, performance evaluations, and resolving any issues
• Prepare and update project progress reports for senior management

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid certification
• Full UK Driving License

Proven experience in site management, overseeing a traditional housing site

Pride in the Job Award (desired)

• Strong understanding of traditional house building techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficient in project management software
