Mix of social housing and private.The role:Reporting directly into the Contracts Manager, the role of a Senior Site Manager requires you to have knowledge of:Managing all site-based construction activitiesDesign coordinationMid and short-term programming of worksLogisticsHealth and safetyReview of method statementsCall off materials.Quality controlReporting on progress against programManagement of site team including an assistant site managers and engineer, etc, snagging and handover.About you:The successful candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management, and communication skills.
