Job Description
Knightwood Associates are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client, a privately owned developer with an excellent reputation, to head up a large development in Hertfordshire.
The Project is set to consist of 800 units, with a build programme of 100 units per year. The units will be a mix of private, HA and Build to rent.
The successful candidate must have experience running a large residential development as a No1 for a UK based developer or Contractor.
Looking to pay between £75k-85k plus package.
