Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager required for Hotel refurbishment project in the Bath area. The Senior Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the groundworks stage, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Senior Site Manager will ideally have Hotel project experience, be organised and worked on fast paced refurb projects, MEP knowledge and preferably listed buildings experience. The Senior Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
