Senior Site Manager

We are working closely with an award-winning Essex based developer to appoint a lead Site Manager on a c.300 unit project in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will bring the following:
* A track record of delivering 200+ unit sites as a number 1
* Traditional build experience
* Good longevity from previous employers
* Working knowledge of Part L requirements
* Strong IT skills
* High standards of Health & Safety / Quality
* CSCS & SMSTS
* Minimum NVQ Lvl 6 or above
