Our client is one of the biggest names in North West Construction, they are a collaborative contractor who undertakes some of the region's most prominent luxury residential projects. They are currently seeking a strong Senior Site Manager to join them on one of their flagship projects in Manchester.
The Senior Site Manager needs to be a strong driver of site teams, able to organise and push the team to deliver. As the Senior Site Manager, you will be the No.1 on-site working under a Project Manager and will be primarily focused on the facade and internal pacakges, but in general, as a Senior Site Manager you will be expected to understand every package on the project.
Requirements of Senior Site Manager
- Demonstratable experience in pushing/driving teams
- Experience as a No.1 / Senior Site Manager (working under a PM)
- Multi Occupancy/high-rise residential project experience is essential
Remuneration
- £65,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience
- Car Allowance
