Senior Site Manager

Our client is a well known and very well established main building contractor that operates throughout the South and South West.
Due to the award and imminent start of a £40 million high rise scheme in the centre of Reading, they have approached us to recruit an experienced Site Manager with internals experience into their team.
The project is due to start early June and run until the end of 2025. The project is a high rise residential development and this role will see you overseeing and managing all internal works. You will run a team of sub contractors and trades, reporting to the lead project manager, and ensure that the project is finished to a very high standard and spec.
Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
Experience of working on high rise projects of a similar nature
Demonstrable experience of managing internals/finishes packages on projects
Resides locally to Reading or happy to commute.
