Senior Site Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established, Tier 1 contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with RC frame residential experience. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between �25Mil - �150+

As the Senior Site Manager you will be in charge of a team of 3 Site Managers, 2 Assistants and 1 Trainee and will report directly to a Project Manager. The project is a residential new build with a project valuation between �25-30Mil and is based in Hayes.

Your background will need to include a strong track record assisting in successful �30Mil+ new build projects. If you are a Senior Site Manager, with a proven background of managing residential new builds and are keen to work for a progressive contractor, this opportunity will be of great interest.
