Senior Site Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Site Manager to lead the charge in constructing a cutting-edge £100m airport terminal. As a vital member of our team, you'll be at the forefront, shaping the future of aviation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Project Management: You'll be the driving force behind the project's progress, overseeing day-to-day operations with precision and expertise.

Subcontractor Coordination: Organizing and managing subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of site activities, maintaining a steady pace towards project milestones.

Team Management: Lead and motivate our talented Farrans staff, fostering a collaborative environment where excellence thrives.

Forward Planning: Complete detailed lookaheads, strategizing for the weeks ahead to keep the project on track and ahead of schedule.

Design Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with design teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between vision and execution as a Senior Site Manager.

Health and Safety: Uphold our unwavering commitment to safety standards, implementing rigorous protocols to safeguard the well-being of all on-site personnel.

Requirements for Senior Site Manager:

Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated commercial awareness is a must, coupled with a keen understanding of project economics and budget management.

Contract Knowledge: Preferably experienced with NEC option 4 contracts, you'll navigate contractual obligations with finesse and confidence.

Work Ethic: Ready to hit the ground running, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, committed to daily hours from 7.15am to 5.30/6pm, Monday to Friday.
