Senior Site Manager

My client, a national main contractor, specialising in new build projects up to �20m across the commercial and retail sectors, currently has a requirement for a freelance Senior Site Manager in Reading for approximately 6 months.

The project is a new build, fast paced commercial development, value �15m.

The successful candidate must have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid. Experience of new build projects, including frame, cladding, roofing and internals packages would be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Site Management including managing subcontractors and site staff
• Managing the development to programme
• Health and Safety
