Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of timber frame homes and a small amount of traditional built flats, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team, including an Assistant Site Manager, to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Report directly to the Contracts Manager, maintaining clear communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing and enforcing site safety protocols.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Manage site logistics and facilities, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
• Keep detailed project records, including daily activity logs, progress reports, and incident reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building timber frame houses with comprehensive internal and external knowledge.
• Must have in date SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of thriving under pressure and leading by example.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Stable career history
