Our client’s aim is to deliver quality design and build, new build and refurbishment projects in a range of sectors from education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, industrial and mixed-use development schemes from £1 to £15m. They’re looking for a strong No1 who can run a £4m new build project just inside the M25.

For the successful person as a Senior Site Manager initially you’ll be paid a market-level salary between £50,000 - £68,000k depending on experience. Combined with an excellent remuneration package.

What’s Required

To be considered for the position the successful candidate will have a proven track record of  delivering schemes as a No1 stand-alone Manager running their own project and have a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience along with:

• CSCS Card 


• SMSTS


• First Aid


• Great Communication Skills


• Experience of working for a regional building contractor


• Positive, solutions-based mindset
