Senior Site Manager

Who are they?

Our client is a large tier 1 main contractor turning over �1bn+ with over 1000 employees specialising in building industrial units across the UK. They have a great footprint in the Midlands and have multiple exciting projects coming up in the next couple of months.

What will I be doing?

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be managing various projects located across the Midlands. You will be working as the No 2 on-site, mostly on industrial projects valued on average �30m. You will have the opportunity to progress within the company as well as venture into other areas of the business to work on different types of projects.

You will be reporting directly to a Construction Director with a strong tier 1 background, a fantastic attitude towards autonomy, and excellent construction knowledge. Reporting to you, you will have a strong and ambitious project and site management team with specialist industrial backgrounds.

Am I right for the role?

• 5+ years working as a Site Manager for Main Contractors
• Experience working on projects worth upwards of �15m
• Experience working on Industrial units within the last 5 years
• Previous experience in long-term permanent positions (3+ years)
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety
