Senior Site Manager

ACR are excited to be working with a private developer on a new build traditional build site of family homes in the Boston area of Lincolnshire. �This is a new phase and will require an experienced Site Manager to develop the site and team. �Ideally you will be able to maintain high quality units whilst sticking to programme.

You will be responsible for managing and controlling the build process of a site. �Managing of staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers, making sure that building methods align with build quality. �Quality, compliance and customer experience are important.�

Ideally you will have:

NVQ Level 3-4, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar

SMSTS�

CSCS Card

Qualified First Aider

Fire Marshall

Full UK driving licence

In-depth knowledge and experience of construction build programmes, ideally in housebuilding

Good knowledge of Building Regulations

IT literate, including Excel, Word, Outlook
