Are you an ambitious and skilled Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading regional contractor? Our client is currently hiring a Senior Site Manager on a �16 million passive house project in Oxford.

Become a vital part of a dynamic and respected regional main contractor, specialising in a diverse range of sectors. With a proven track record of delivering projects valued between �5 million to �20 million, our client focus extends across Oxfordshire and its surrounding areas. As they continue to grow, we are seeking experienced Senior Site Managers to ensure the successful execution of thier projects in the region.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Senior Site Manager
  • Location: Oxford
  • Details: Initially a 8 week demolition will kick off this scheme, with creation of a new 3+ story building that will provide 25 + bedrooms for modern eco-friendly student accommodation, the build process will be specifically based around passive housing.
  • Value: �16 Million +

Requirements:

  • Proven Site Manager experience within a regional main contractor, handling projects ranging from �5 million to � 15 million.
  • Successful completion of projects from conception to final handover, with a focus on education, commercial, leisure, or industrial sectors.
  • Expertise in both new builds and refurbishments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, coupled with effective communication to coordinate on-site personnel.
  • Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office suite.
