As the Senior Site Manager, you will be the primary leadership figure on site, responsible for managing all aspects of the �100 million industrial project. Responsibilities:
- Supervise the successful execution of a large industrial steel frame project from its inception to completion.
- Lead and coordinate the on-site project team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and execute site-specific plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and oversee project progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company protocols.
- Manage comprehensive project documentation and reporting, maintaining meticulous records.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members to facilitate their professional growth.
- Promote a positive and cooperative work atmosphere conducive to productivity and morale.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated track record as a Senior Site Manager overseeing large-scale Industrial construction projects.
- Extensive familiarity with industrial projects, particularly those involving steel frame structures.
