Senior Site Manager (Steel Background)

Our client is one of London's leading Construction, Demolition & Structural Alterations contractor with an impressive portfolio of successful Major Projects delivery throughout the capital.
This contractor is an investor in it's people with an impressive record in staff retention.
Due to acquisition of new schemes in London for 2024/5 they are keen to identify a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager with a demonstrable background in delivering steel packages for London's unique Cut & Carve and building repurposing sector.
The Applicant:
* A successful and demonstrable history in delivering complex 'Steel Placement' within existing structures.
* An excellent understanding and appreciation of Temporary Works and associated propping etc.
* Able to mentor. lead and motivate steel related trades and operatives in order to get the best results.
* Proficient with lifting operations and any previous Appointed Person experience.
* SSSTS, SMSTS, relevant CSCS Card and related Industry Certs
