My client is a well-established leading FMCG food business in the Greater London area who are looking to expand their marketing team with a Senior Shopper Marketer – managing 2 direct reports.
This is an opportunity where you can make an impact from day one; with a broad customer base including top 4 grocers and specialist channels, you will lead the Shopper function by supporting the sales and brand management teams to activate campaigns in-store and provide a long-term strategy to complement.

Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in developing and executing activations across multiple channels.

Skilled at delivering visible results by effectively prioritizing resources and aligning them with strategic objectives.
Leadership and Coaching:
Experience leading teams and developing talent, with a focus on providing clear direction.
Budget Management and ROI:
Proficient in managing budgets and communicating the ROI of investment choices.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities, coupled with strategic alignment to business needs.
Behavioural Traits:
Exhibits hunger to learn, resilience, collaboration, inspiration, and innovative thinking.
Competency in Commercial Effectiveness : Demonstrates competence in driving commercial success through distinctive brands, effective communication, and agile innovation, guided by vision and insight.
The role:
Strategic Oversight:
Align activities with triple-win objectives, drive digital growth, oversee marketing plans, and manage agencies and stakeholders.
Activation Plan Development:
Create and execute plans to enhance trade, conversion, and engagement across channels .
Consistency and Efficiency:
Ensure uniform development of activation plans to boost revenues and optimize brand investment.
Team Management:
Led a team including Trade Marketing Manager, E-Comm & Digital Manager, and EU Trade Marketing Manager with budget management responsibilities.
Relationship Management:
Maintaining relationships with Brand, Sales, and Finance teams as well as with customers.
