Senior Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

BDS now have a fantastic opportunity for a senior sheltered housing scheme manager.Our client is a leading provider of retirement housing and we are looking for an area manager to cover a small patch of 5 leading sheltered housing complexes in Brighton and Hove.This will be a home-based role with travel across local sites.Contract: Temporary ongoing to cover long term sicknessHours: Monday to Friday 9-5 but would consider 30 hours over 4 days or condensed hours within 5 days.Salary circa £36KCore duties:Provide an exceptional customer focus, initiative, and leadership programme whilst ensuring accurate decision making and be an ambassador for our clients valuesDeliver services within budget and meeting KPI's across the housing sites.Lead and develop a team to deliver first class services to residentsWork with outside partners and agencies to develop services and engagement strategies in the local community.Create innovative ideas to create opportunities to improve services locallyAbout you:A successful track record of creating and sustaining strong, positive relations with internal and external stakeholders with retirement or supported housing/property.Experience in leading, managing and motivating a dispersed teamKnowledge and experience of dealing with more complex resident issuesDemonstrable Budgetary management experiencePassionate and committed to delivering the best possible service to residents.Please apply now for immediate consideration or call Vickie
