You’ll work hard but you’ll have fun too.The Role & ResponsibilitiesThe person appointed will be part of the Corporate Technology Team and will be a important part of the transition of the Service Desk within Shawbrook Bank. They will be a technically able individual who will provide support to all staff and associates within the business. This support will be related to hardware, software, mobile devices and other technology tools and products. They will responsible for excellent customer service and will ensure a happy outcome in every resolution.As a senior member of the team you will have responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the team and mentorship and training of junior members.This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same. You should have a passion for IT and a willingness to learn and develop your own personal skills and knowledge in order to facilitate your own progression and support company growth.Company specific training will be provided but it is essential the candidate have a high knowledge on IT Support and systems administration.
