JOB TITLE: Senior Service Desk & End User Computer Engineer
LOCATION: Bristol and Portishead Area
SALARY: £35,000-£40,000
WAY OF WORKING: Full time – 5 days a week onsite
THE BUSINESS:

THE OPPORTUNITY:
You will require the following:
Performs timely resolution of workstations, mobile, hardware and software problems within SLAs
Follow-up all processes for use of IT systems
Conforms to international key IT processes such as support, change and asset management (ITIL)
Break-fix and support in Microsoft & Mac environment for laptop and desktop
365 and Exchange administration - eg mailbox limits, mailbox sharing
Coordinate with vendors/Contractors for provision of end-user support (eg, Hardware repair, replacement, intervention)
Provide accurate and timely logging of customer incidents and tasks to meet contractual SLAs.
Help to manage CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
Provide IT support for on-site and/or off-site events and meetings
Manage and inventory LAN cabling/racking, coordinate port activations and deactivations.
Train and mentor junior service desk staff.
