Senior Service Charge Accountant

Senior Service Charge Accountant - Real Estate. OUR CLIENT is an international real estate development and investment who are rapidly growing in the UK. They currently own large commercial properties in UK's cities and are looking to further diversify their portfolio. They are looking to recruit a Senior Service Charge Accountant who will help manage their portfolio.

THE ROLE responsibilities for the Senior Service Charge Accountant will include:

Producing year-end service charge accounts.
Preparing annual draft budgets.
Service charge reconciliations.
Performing bank reconciliations
Managing the budgets vs actuals.
Suggesting improvements and changes to processes.
Managing the invoicing and payments process.
Overseeing the credit control function.
Liaising with third party property managers.THE PERSON requirements for the Senior Service Charge Accountant are:

Experienced property client/service charge accountant, ideally with 5+ years of experience within the commercial property industry.
Experience of using a property system such as QUBE/YARDI/TRAMPS.
Ability to "think on your feet".
Organised person with a 'can do' attitude.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
