Everyone is welcome, and everyone’s opinion matters.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the Head of SEO to develop best practice SEO for the agency and regularly collaborate with agency peers to share learnings and opportunities for all clients. Own day to day relationships with our clients Work with the Head of SEO to develop best practice SEO for the group and regularly collaborate with group peers to share learnings and opportunities for all Awaze brands. Taking charge of client meetings & reports and ensuring clients are presented with the right data to show accurate performance indicators. Carrying out analysis and reporting on performance, industry, competitor, content, site design and conversion and much more Staying up to date on best practice and ensuring this is effectively communicated to the wider ARM team and clients where appropriate Developing working relationships with various client members, external agencies and other channels within ARM Assisting with new business preparation and delivering new business opportunities Page auditing for best practice implementation and onsite recommendations Understanding our client’s technical performance and providing recommendations Creating tests and making suggestions for CRO & AB testing and being apart of an experimentation culture Ensuring that the SEO & CRO fits the wider context of digital marketing for our clients Performance forecasting for our clients & management of client activity RequirementsThe nature of All Response Media’s business requires a high level of flexibility, common sense and attention to detail. While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, this may evolve over time and needs a proactive, hands-on approach to duties. You will be expected to undertake various training/induction programs, internally and externally, throughout your employment.We are looking for 3 to 4 years of experience specifically in SEO or CRO who has B2C experience having worked across interiors, gardens and lifestyle brands. Deep strategic expertise across content marketing, technical SEO, on-page, and digital PR Confident at supporting senior managers whilst leading junior team members Attention to detail being an Analytical & Critical thinker Excellent time management & Proactivity Team work Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong numeracy/analytical skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills Adaptability, flexibility and mobility - you will be responsive and adaptable to change and new information. Genuine passion for a career in digital & solid understanding of wider marketing channels. Experience in industry tools such as Google Analytics, VWO, Convert, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, ScreamingFrog, SiteBulb, Hotjar and many more
