I'm currently working with an NHS trust based in the Manchester area who are looking for someone with strong knowledge of the windows & Microsoft environment, Networking, Powershell, some SQL knowledge & Linux to join as a senior 2nd Line Engineer. The successful applicant will join a well-established IT team to support with projects and development of the trusts Infrastructure capabilities.
As the Senior 2nd Line Engineer you will be heavily involved in infrastructure projects across the trust, reviewing current infrastructure whilst being able to advise and recommend best ways forward.

Skills required for the Senior 2nd Line Engineer are:
- Knowledge & Understanding of Windows Servers, Powershell, SQL, Networking and VMware
- Experience an a similar infrastructure focused role
- An understanding of cloud architecture
- An expert communicator and have the ability to work with senior stakeholders
