The new Senior Scientist will have a deep understanding in plant tissue culture and plant transformation procedures. Working in their impressive Laboratory, the successful candidate will work hands on to drive the performance of a small, dedicated team in discovering, developing, and maintaining a range of transgenic plants. Key responsibilities for this role include:Refine plant transformation techniquesLead a dedicated team to achieve daily goalsThoroughly document and analyse data, adeptly addressing any issuesEngage with internal and external stakeholders, effectively conveying research advancementsWe are looking for an educated Senior Scientist with proven plant tissue culture and transformation experience. You will be able to execute projects efficiently, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and will welcome a hands-on approach.
