Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

Mason Frank International have partnered with a Global Salesforce Consulting business who are looking to strengthen their practice with a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect.
Senior Salesforce Technical Architect , you will serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to the company’s largest, most complex enterprise customers. Your role involves collaborating with customers and partners during project cycles, sharing extensive knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and product suite. You’ll drive toward the best possible solutions, architecting systems, and providing guidance during implementation. Additionally, you’ll be a trusted advisor for business and technology collaborators, ensuring successful engagements that consider people, process, and technology.
Responsibilities:
Ensure scalable and standard methodology solutions to meet and exceed customer needs.
Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
Build relationships with key collaborators and team members.
Act as the lead architect for the overall engagement, coordinating and aligning work across multiple architects.
Collaborate with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation in close collaboration with the customer.
Review and guide project vision, implementation approach, and key artifacts.
Provide hands-on application configuration as needed to meet customer requirements.
Mentor diverse teams, including customers, partners, and colleagues, in technical delivery aspects and non-technical topics.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Salesforce technical architecture, enterprise integration, and business solution implementation.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and software delivery cycles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and business resources at various levels.
Salesforce Certified, with ideally Architecture cert, i.e. Sharing & Visibility, Data etc.
