Portfolio are proud to be exclusively representing our award-wining, multinational professional services client in their search for a Salesforce AdminAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Salesforce team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who will understand the goals and objectives of our Sales division and will be the first line of support for our Salesforce application. The role will work within the team to ensure our users are able to carry out the activities they need to in Salesforce.Day to day responsibilities:To configure, develop and support a complex and large Salesforce system in line with best practice and group strategyProviding 300+ application users with support, answering queriesThe continued enhancement of the current configuration and architectural design of the systemTo be pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system, or new tools or ways of workingTo work within schedules and deadlines to agreed business prioritiesWork closely with the stakeholders to recommend and agree technological solutions to meet business requirementsSupport and mentor other Salesforce specialists within the team and the group, actively helping them progress in their careerWhat you bring to the Team:At least 5 years' Salesforce Administrator experienceGood working knowledge of all Setup functions, particularly FlowsUnderstanding of CRM and commercial concepts, such as lead lifecycle and opportunity sales cycle and forecastingKnowledge of Agile methodologies beneficialStrong communication skills & stakeholder managementAbility to troubleshooting, analyse and problem-solveA passion for always providing the best possible serviceWhat we can offer you:Flexible working availableFantastic workplace in Manchester city centreWorking with talented people with opportunities to always learnDynamic fast paced environmentCommercially driven and successfulNo boundaries to personal developmentP(phone number removed)NBINDMANS
