The ideal candidate will optimise and align the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal execution. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement and streamline efficient workflows, leverage technology, and drive cross-functional collaboration. This role will act as a business partner to the regional Sales Leadership teams (Sales Development, Sales and Strategic Partnerships).ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimisation:Evaluate and optimise end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, prospection, qualification, discovery and deal executionIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall sales workflowsBuild and drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies within the Revenue/Sales organisationBusiness Partnering And Cross-functional CollaborationPartner closely with regional Sales Leadership teams (Sales Development, Sales and Strategic Partnerships) to align on goals, strategies and processes to achieve pipeline and new business objectives Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment between regional Sales Leadership teams and Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Data and Finance teamsPartner with the Reporting, Insights & Strategy team to provide actionable recommendations to regional Sales Leaderships teams to optimise sales processes and drive sales productivityFoster a culture of collaboration and communication to drive a unified approach towards revenue generationSales Technology StackAssess, implement, and optimise sales technology stack to enhance efficiency and effectivenessWork closely with IT teams to integrate and automate systems for seamless data flow across different departmentsSales EnablementPartner with the Sales Enablement team to develop and implement sales enablement programs to empower the sales team with the tools, resources, and training to maximise effectivenessEnsure smooth handoffs between marketing and sales teams to enhance the overall sales processWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar roles in the B2B SaaS spaceIn-depth understanding of Marketing, Sales and Revenue processesA proven track record in optimising sales processes within the B2B SaaS landscapeExperience in managing and optimising CRM (Salesforce.com) and sales technology tools (e.g. Outreach, Gong, Clari)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-makingExperience in Partnerships/Channel Operations is a plusExcellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaborationStrategic thinker with the ability to implement and execute process improvementsOur Benefits Competitive compensation, including equity in the company; Generous vacation days so you can rest and recharge; Health perks such as private healthcare or gym allowance, depending on location; "Flexible compensation plan" to help you diversify and increase the net salary; Unforgettable TravelPerk events, including travel to one of our hubs; A mental health support tool for your well-being; Exponential growth opportunities;????
