Job RoleYour key responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer include but are not limited to:Conduct property valuations and appraisals.Create longstanding client relationships, providing expert advice on property sales and purchases.Manage the sales process from listing to closing, including negotiation of offers and contracts.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.Generate new business, relationships, and partnerships.Stay updated on market trends, property values and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.Run your own office and create a local network. Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Sales Negotiator & Valuer.Proven history of winning new business.Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.Self-motivated, ambitious, go-getter attitude.Full UK driving licence and car.
