Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs, both in sales and lettings.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Hours:Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm one week and Monday to Saturday the second week.Duties will include:· Liaising with clients in person and on the telephone· Being good at negotiations· Being a team member· Assisting with the day-to-day administration of the department.Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Fluent in multiple languages is a plusIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
