Senior Sales Negotiator- £35,000-£40,000pa- Dorking- SurreyOne Property Recruitment have been instructed upon the search for a Senior Sales Negotiator to come and join their branch in Surrey branch. My client is one of the most successful and fastest growing estate agencies in the area. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will primarily look after all of the sales negotiations when it comes to selling some of Surrey's most high-end properties.Your core duties will consist of:• Being the first point of contact for anyone who is interested in buying a new property.• Conduct property viewings and provide exceptional information to potential buyers.• Generate valuations and take on new instructions.• Conduct all necessary paperwork, to ensure that the sales process is as efficient as possible.• Canvas for new business and maintain exceptional business relationships.• Ensure that each and every client receives exceptional customer service.• Maintain great records of all interactions.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with previous sales negotiator experience in estate agencies and who Is looking for the step up and who has a minimum of 3 years experience within the field.I am looking for the following skillset/ experience:• Background in estate agency.• Full driving licence and possessing your own vehicle.• Sales Negotiator experience for at least 3 years.• Reapit experience would be advantageous.• A passion for sales and working towards tight deadlines and targets.You will be joining a friendly team, who are tight knit.
